Made a business card for my good friend KLS the Wipeout stunt designer producer tester creator and whatever else he does there. The card cracked me up so much I made him an animated web gif for promotional purposes:

Right now I should be seeing Frightened Rabbit at the House of Blues in Anaheim but noooo, my body decided to treat me with shivers, cold sweats and fever. I decided it best to rest up and get well for tour next week. If you’ve never heard of FR you should click their name above and give it a listen, so good. Just not “Sing the Greys”.. that records ROUGH.
So Atreyu released a FREEE cover EP collaborating with some members of The Congregation of the Damned tour (Bless the Fall, Chiodos, Architects and Endless Hallway) and I’ve been lucky enough to work on the art for the project. Here’s a few samples:

So yeah, I had a blast working on this for the past month, there’s tons more that maybe I’ll post one day but y’all don’t need an onslaught tonight.
Now I’m not usually one to even read responses/reviews for our records. I just don’t find a point in hearing the opinion of some 14 year old in their parents basement pissing themselves in their sleep, or some biased reviewer who hates us cause The Neverending Story creeped him out as a kid. We released this record for FREE for our fans. We recorded it cause it was fun, not to sell, not to make shit tons of cash, but for fun! We wanted to try something new, something rarely (if ever) done in the touring world. We did, and it turned out incredible. So thanks to all the bands for wanting to take part!
Alright, I’m gonna go murder in Halo: Reach now. Peace!
100210 | LA, CA | GSP and Livin’ on the Edge
Shot some stills for my good friend Sean Stiegemeier on his Affliction commercial shoot the other day. He filmed Georges St-Pierre in a bajillion times slow motion and had GSP punching people in the face , catching the ripple of their face and stretching of their lip. It’s gonna rule when it’s done! Here are some of the stills I shot:
Atreyu also just did a collaboration cover EP with the bands on our upcoming Congregation of the Damned tour. You can hear our cover of Aerosmith’s “Livin’ on the Edge’” over at our Facebook page. All ya gotta do is “Like” us!

So I’ve been hard at work recording and designing a shit-ton of stuff for Atreyu. We’ll unveil it soon enough, here’s a close up sneak peek:
In the small amount of free time I’ve been murdering fools in Halo: Reach. Anyone else play? KENNY F’IN POWERS TONIGHT!

Had a wonderful Labor day at my sisters in Wrongtario. Nice jobs on the ribs Holle, and thanks for the free laundry! The only photo I took involved patrick and myself trying to hand an ice cold brewski to his daughter/my niece.. and she’s only 1.6 years old and I just think it wouldn’t reflect good parenting if posted. Someone wouldn’t see the humor?
Delevoped some sweet ass Scotland photos:

Played some 7am golf today, took a nap, played some halo and made this (click to enlarge):
It’s definitely not done, but I’m pretty psyched on it at this point. It’s either a weird snake eating the world, a glorious owl swoopin’ down on fools or a double headed mutant jumping down with giant balls of light. Can’t wait to finish it.

(I wrote this yesterday, posting today since I got distracted with murdering in Halo)
So the Congregation of the Damned tour is going swimmingly. Every band rules, as people and musicians, and I genuinely have fun every night. It’s hard to say that on most tours! It’s been a pleasure hanging with longtime homeboys Brandon Bolmer and Tanner Wayne, good friends that recently joined Chiodos. And if you haven’t heard their new record, for fucks sake, go get it! Worth every penny. I’m a go wander Montreal now, here’s some photo treats and a logo I made for Brandon Sallers side project, The Black Cloud Collective:
